Admission information

How your information is used

This page explains what happens when you use the CES admission form or interest list. For questions, contact the school office at 9863028682.

What the form collects

An application includes your child’s name, class, date of birth, photograph, address and the family details you enter. Choose a father, mother or guardian as the primary contact. Other family contact details are optional. Aadhaar is optional. The interest list collects only a name and phone number.

Why it is collected

The school uses application details to review admissions, identify applicants, maintain admission records and contact families about next steps. The interest list is used for admission follow-up. If you are unsure why a particular field is needed, please contact the office before providing it.

Where details and photos go

Application and interest-list details are sent to Google Firebase. Selected photos are sent to Cloudinary immediately, before the application is submitted. Closing the form or clearing a saved draft does not delete an uploaded photo. School staff use the staff portal to review records and can download or print them for school administration. Application submission does not add the passport photo to the public school gallery.

Photos use a hosted image link. Anyone who obtains that link may be able to view the image, so avoid sharing it publicly. The school’s public gallery is managed separately.

Optional drafts on your device

Progress is saved in this browser only when you select “Save my progress.” Drafts include contact details and the uploaded photo link, but exclude Aadhaar, religion and caste. Use this only on a private device. Unchecking the option, choosing “Start over,” or successfully submitting clears the saved draft. Drafts older than seven days are discarded the next time the form checks them; a browser that is never reopened may retain its stored data until you clear it.

Corrections, withdrawal and deletion

Call 9863028682 to correct an application, withdraw an interest-list request, or ask for deletion of records or an uploaded photo. Give your application reference if you have one. If you uploaded a photo without submitting, explain that to the office. The office may ask you to verify your relationship to the child. It can explain what must be retained and for how long; this website does not currently apply an automatic retention period to submitted records or uploaded photos.
